Hier kommen Anpassungen und Ausbesserungsarbeiten im Bestand vor, welche zur Umsetzung der unter Nr. 3b beschriebene Maßnahme notwendig sind. Außerdem ist zu beachten, dass der Krankenhausbetrieb während der Bauzeit aufrecht erhalten bleibt.

Ca. 400 m² Deckenanstrich deckend weiß.
Ca. 1000 m² Wandanstrich Kellerräume.

Information and formalities necessary for evaluating if requirements are met: Seinen Umsatz in den letzten drei abgeschlossenen Geschäftsjahren, soweit es Bauleistungen und andere Leistungen betrifft, die mit der zu vergebenden Leistung vergleichbar sind, unter Einschluss des Anteils bei gemeinsam mit anderen Unternehmern ausgeführten Aufträgen.
Die von ihm ausgeführten Leistungen in den letzten drei abgeschlossenen Geschäftsjahren, die mit der zu vergebenden Leistung vergleichbar sind.
Die Eintragung in die Handwerksrolle, das Berufsregister oder das Register der IHK seines Sitzes oder Wohnsitzes, ggf´s. die Zertifizierung nach ISO 9001.
Der Bieter hat eine Bescheinigung der Berufsgenossenschaft vorzulegen.
Geforderte Eignungsnachweise (gem. § 8 Nr. 3 VOB/A), die in Form anerkannter Präqualifikationsnachweise (u.a.HPQR) vorliegen, sind im Rahmen ihres Erklärungsumfangs zulässig.

Die Zahl der bei ihm in den letzten drei abgeschlossenen Geschäftsjahren jahresdurchschnittlich beschäftigten Arbeitskräfte, ggf. gegliedert nach Berufsgruppen.
Die ihm für die Ausführung der zu vergebenden Leistungen zur Verfügung stehende technische Ausrüstung.
Das von ihm für die Leistung und Aufsicht vorgesehene technische Personal.
Geforderte Eignungsnachweise (gem. § 8 Nr. 3 VOB/A), die in Form anerkannter Präqualifikationsnachweise (u.a.HPQR) vorliegen, sind im Rahmen ihres Erklärungsumfangs zulässig.

Bei haustechnischen Anlagen werden auch die Kosten der Wartung nach Ablauf der Gewährleistung in Bezug auf die Wirtschaftlichkeit berücksichtigt. Der Bieter muss der Vorgabe von "Richtqualitäten" im Leistungsverzeichnis eindeutig darlegen, welches Produkt mit welcher Qualität er angeboten hat. Auch hier ist die Gleichwertigkeit mit Angebotsabgabe unbedingt zu belegen.
