FLC, Phila. intends to purchase 1 year Hewlett-Packard hardware maintenance for HP TippingPoint S2500N IPS and SMS Appliance on a sole source basis from Hewlett-Packard Company. HP is the only source able to satisfy this requirement because they own the data rights to the source codes. Any firm interested in this requirement should submit a technical capability statement to FLC, Phila. within two days of this announcement. Such information should be addressed to the attention of FLC Code 0290.1G. The government shall not pay for any information submitted. The applicable NAICS code is 811212/$25 Mil.
