Description of these options: Die Auftraggeberin hat die einseitige Option, den Leasingvertrag je Fahrzeug monatsweise bis zu max. 12 Monaten zu verlängern. Die Option kann jeweils schriftlich bis einen Monat vor Ablauf der (verlängerten) Laufzeit ausgeübt werden. Im Hinblick auf den eventuell optional benötigten Mittelklassewagen (Kombi) hat die Auftraggeberin die einseitige Option, diese Fahrzeuge einzeln bis zum Ablauf von eineinhalb Jahren nach Vertragsschluss abzurufen. Spätestens 3 Monate nach Abruf muss das Fahrzeug zur Verfügung stehen.

Die Bezahlung kann durch Lastschrifteinzugsermächtigung, Verrechnungsscheck, Überweisung auf das Konto der SDV AG, Postbank Leipzig, Konto-Nr. 0156600907, BLZ: 86010090 erfolgen. Die Auslieferung erfolgt erst nach Eingang eines Zahlungsbeleges. Die Bestellung der Papierform ist ebenfalls unter www.vergabe24.de nach kostenpflichtiger Freischaltung und dem Vorliegen einer Lastschrifteinzugsermächtigung möglich. Bei Vorliegen eines Leistungsverzeichnisses in Dateiform (z.B. im GAEB-Format) erfolgt dessen Auslieferung bei der Papierform auf CD-ROM. Elektronische Form der Vergabeunterlagen: 5,95 EUR, ist unter www.vergabe24.de nach kostenpflichtiger Freischaltung und dem Vorliegen einer Lastschrifteinzugsermächtigung abrufbar. Der Vertrag wird erst 15 Kalendertage nach Absendung der Information geschlossen. Soweit die Information per Fax oder auf elektronischem Wege versendet wird, verkürzt sich die Frist auf 10 Kalendertage. Die Frist beginnt am Tage nach der Absendung der Information durch die Auftraggeberin. Auf den Tag des Zugangs der Information beim Bieter kommt es nicht an (§ 101a Abs. 1 GWB). Der Antrag auf Einleitung eines Nachprüfungsverfahrens ist nach § 107 Abs. 3 Nr. 4 GWB unzulässig, soweit mehr als 15 Kalendertage nach Eingang der Mitteilung der Auftraggeberin, einer Rüge nicht abhelfen zu wollen, vergangen sind.
