Gebäudeautomation; Messungen, Steuerungen und Regelungen von bauseitigen Voll- und Teilklimaanlagen, Zu-/Abluftanlagen, Heizungs-, Kälte- und Sanitäranlagen für museale Ausstellungsbereiche, Vitrinen und Technikräumen;
Nachrüstung einer vorhandenen NSHV mit Leistungsabgängen zur direkten Einspeisung von 9 St. elektr. Dampfbefeuchtern und Verkabelung für Dampfbefeuchter, abgehend von NSHV;
Bei dem zu realisierenden Leistungsumfang handelt es sich um den 1. Bauabschnitt der Gesamtmaßnahme.
In diesem Bauabschnitt ist ein Teil der MSR-Technik für zentrale Anlagenteile vorzubereiten. Der Endausbau der betreffenden Anlagentechnik erfolgt in einem späteren Bauabschnitt mit einem weiteren, noch zu vergebenden Los MSR-Technik. In einem vorgezogenen Leistungsumfang werden bereits Kabel/Leitungen verlegt und Feldgeräte sowie elektrische Heizsysteme installiert, welche in der hier beschriebenen MSR-Technik mit zu verarbeiten sind. Gebäudeautomation-Automationssysteme:
3 St. neu zu errichtende ISP-Standorte mit ca. 1 100 St. physikalischen Datenpunkten, aufgeteilt auf ingesamt 11 Schaltschrankfelder, bestehend aus Leistungs- und Steuerteil;
Errichtung eines Automationsnetzwerkes zur Kommunikation der Automationsstationen in den einzelnen ISP untereinander;
3 St. anzupassende Bestands-ISP/Schaltschränke, Leistungs- und Steuerteil, Kommunikationsverbindungen zwischen neuen ISP und vorhandenen ISP/Schaltschränken;
90 St. Kanal-, Tauch-, Anlegefühler und Geber;
19 St. Raum- und Oberflächenfühler in Standard- und Sonderausführung;
25 St. Stromzähler 230 VAC/400VAC, Schaltschrankeinbau;
Programmierung der Automationsstationen;
RWA-Steuerungen: 3 St. RWA-Steuerungen für Ausstellungs- und Technikbereiche sowie einen Treppenraum; elektr. Anschluss und Ansteuerung von insgesamt 39 St. bauseitigen RWA-Fensterantrieben; Kabel/Leitungen/Verlegematerial: 800 m Kabel NHXH-O FE180 / E30 3 x 1,5 bis 3 x4 mm²; 300 m Installationskabel JE-H(St)H FE180/E30 4 x 4 x 0,8 bis 8 x 2 x 0,8 mm²; 6 000 m Installationsleitung NYM-J 3 x 1,5 bis 5 x 25 mm²; 23 500 m Insallationskabel J-Y(St)Y 2 x 2 x 0,8 bis 10 x 2 x 0,8 mm²; 1 500 m Elektroinstallationsrohre PVC-U AD 16 mm bis AD 32 mm; 1 300 m Elektroinstallationsrohre Stahl verz., AD 20 mm bis AD 32 mm; 40 m Kabelschutzrohr PE-HD flexibel, AD 160 mm; 150 m Schwerlastgitterrinne auf Auslegern mit Stielen, 400 mm breit; 350 m Kabelrinne Stahl verz., mit Bögen und Abzweigen auf Auslegern mit Stielen, 100 bis 600 mm breit; 200 m Kabelleiter Stahl verz., 100 bis 300 mm breit; 450 m Kabelrinne E30 Stahl verz., auf Auslegern mit Stielen, 100 bis 200 mm breit; 70 m Kabelleiter E30 Stahl verz., 100 bis 300 mm breit; 150 m Anker-/Profilschienen; 240 St. Abzweigkästen/Geräteverbindungsdosen; 40 St. Abzweigkästen/Geräteverbindungsdosen E30; Bauleistungen: 900 cm Kernbohrungen Mauerwerk bzw.
