Zu erbringen sind Dachabdichtungsarbeiten für den Neubau eines speziellen Laborgebäudes zur Erzeugung und Untersuchung sehr hoher Magnetfelder (HLD-2). Das Gebäude beherbergt hierfür eine Hochspannungsversorgung (Kondensatorbank) mit einem Energieinhalt von 14 MJ auf dem Niveau von 24 kV sowie weitere elektrische Betriebsräume (Trafo, Niederspannungshauptverteilung, unterbrechungsfreie Stromversorgung, LAN/BMA). Das Gebäude ist als Anbau an das 2003/2004 errichtete und im Forschungsbetrieb befindliche Hochfeldmagnetlabor (HLD-1) geplant. Die Flachdachflächen sind im Zuge der Baumaßnahme miteinander zu verbinden, ohne dass die Nutzung des bestehenden Laborgebäudes beeinträchtigt wird. Aufgrund der sensiblen und hochwertigen Nutzungsbereiche, der elektrischen Betriebsräume sowie einer Vielzahl von Dachdurchführungen (RWA, Berstscheiben, LN2-Abluft) ist eine 2-lagige bituminöse Abdichtung geplant. Besonders sicherheitsrelevante Bereiche erhalten zu dem eine in Heißbitumen verlegte Foamglasdämmung.

Objective criteria for choosing the limited number of candidates: Nachweis der fachlichen Eignung und technischen Leistungsfähigkeit an Hand vergleichbarer Leistungen: 1 x Referenzobjekt Kategorie 1: Neubau Flachdach mit Foamglasdämmung (in Heißbitumen verlegt) und 2-lagiger bituminöser Abdichtung, Betonuntergrund; 1 x Referenzobjekt Kategorie 2: Neubau Flachdach mit PS-Gefälledämmung und 2-lagiger bituminöser Abdichtung, Betonuntergrund; 2 x Referenzobjekte Kategorie 3: Erneuerung eines Flachdachaufbaus bei in Betrieb befindlichen Gebäuden mit sensiblen und hochwertigen Nutzungsbereichen, woraus sich besondere Anforderungen an den Arbeitsablauf und die Sicherung von Bauzuständen bei abschnittsweiser Ausführung (Abbruch, Dampfsperre, Dämmung, Abdichtung) ergeben. Referenzobjekte mit Dachflächen wahlweise aus den 3 Bereichen: Fertigung und Produktion; elektrische Betriebsräume (Trafo, Mittelspannung-HV, Niederspannung-HV, Informations- und Datentechnik/Server); Forschungs- und Laborgebäude. Als Nachweis werden nur Projekte anerkannt, bei denen die Leistung des Bewerbers abgeschlossen ist. Folgende Angaben zu den Projekten sind erforderlich: Bezeichnung des Bauvorhabens, Bauherr/Auftraggeber, Ansprechpartner (Name, Anschrift, Telefonnummer), Ort der Ausführung, Ausführungszeitraum, Benennung des im eigenen Betrieb erbrachten maßgeblichen Leistungsumfanges unter Angabe der ausgeführten Mengen, Auftragswert der beschriebenen Leistung in EUR (netto), Beschreibung der besonderen technischen Anforderungen mit Abbildungen oder Plandarstellungen, schriftliche Bestätigung des Auftraggebers über die auftragsgemäße Leistungserbringung. Formblätter für den Nachweis der Referenzobjekte können bei BBF Baubüro Feiberg GmbH abgefordert werden (dd@bbf-freiberg.de). Bewertungsmatrix (Gewichtung und Punkteverteilung nach Referenzkategorie, maximal erreichbare Punkteanzahl): Referenz-Kategorie 1, gewichtet mit 0,40 bei maximal 5 Punkten; Referenz-Kategorie 2, gewichtet mit 0,3 bei maximal 5 Punkten; Referenz-Kategorie 3, gewichtet mit jeweils 0,15 und jeweils maximal 5 Punkten; Punktevergabe von 0 bis 5 in Bezug auf die Vergleichbarkeit mit den zu vergebenden Dachabdichtungsarbeiten: 5 = sehr gut, 4 = gut, 3 = befriedigend, 2 = ausreichend, 1 = mangelhaft, 0 = ungenügend; maximal erreichbare Gesamtpunktezahl: 20.
