Information and formalities necessary for evaluating if requirements are met: Der Bieter hat zum Nachweis seiner Fachkunde, Leistungsfähigkeit und Zuverlässigkeit Angaben zu machen über seinen Umsatz in den letzten 3 Geschäftsjahren, soweit es Bauleistungen und andere Leistungen betrifft, die mit der zu vergebenden Leistung vergleichbar sind, unter Einschluss des Anteils bei gemeinsam mit anderen Unternehmern ausgeführten Aufträgen, die von ihm ausgeführten Leistungen in den letzten 3 abgeschlossenen Geschäftsjahren, die mit der zu vergebenden Leistung vergleichbar sind,
— die Zahl der bei ihm in den letzten 3 Geschäftsjahren jahresdurchschnittlich beschäftigten Arbeitskräfte, ggf. gegliedert nach Berufsgruppen,
— die ihm für die Ausführung der zu vergebenden Leistung zur Verfügung stehende technische Ausrüstung,
— das von ihm für die Leistung und Aufsicht vorgesehene technische Personal,
— die Eintragung in die Handwerksrolle, das Berufsregister oder das Register der Industrie- und Handelskammer seines Sitzes oder Wohnsitzes.
Der Bieter hat eine Bescheinigung der Berufsgenossenschaft vorzulegen. Bieter, die ihren Sitz nicht in der Bundesrepublik Deutschland haben, haben eine Bescheinigung des für sie zuständigen Versicherungsträgers vorzulegen.
Der Bewerber hat eine Erklärung vorzulegen, dass er in den letzten 2 Jahren nicht:
— gem. § 21 Abs. 1 Satz 1 oder 2 Schwarzarbeiterbekämpfungsgesetz oder
— gem. § 6 Satz 1 oder 2 Arbeitnehmerentsendegesetz.
Mit einer Freiheitsstrafe von mehr als 3 Monaten oder einer Geldstrafe von mehr als 90 Tagessätzen oder einer Geldbuße von mehr als 2 500 EUR belegt worden ist.
