Information and formalities necessary for evaluating if the requirements are met: Der Bieter muss erklären, dass Mitglieder der Geschäftsleitung des Unternehmens wegen illegaler Beschäftigung weder zu einer Freiheitsstrafe von mehr als 3 Monaten, noch zu einer Geldstrafe von mehr als 90 Tagessätzen verurteilt, noch mit einer Geldbuße von 2 500,00 EUR oder mehr belegt worden sind. Zudem muss er erklären, dass das Unternehmen sich nicht in Liquidation befindet, Mitglieder des Unternehmens keine schweren Verfehlungen begangen haben, die die Zuverlässigkeit in Frage stellen und die Verpflichtungen zur Zahlungen von Steuern und Abgaben sowie der Beiträge zur gesetzlichen Sozialversicherung ordnungsgemäß erfüllt wurden.

Precise information on deadline(s) for lodging appeals: Der Bieter muss Vergaberechtsverstöße, die er im Vergabeverfahren erkennt, unverzüglich, d.h. ohne schuldhaftes Zögern, bei der Vergabestelle rügen.
Vergaberechtsverstöße, die aufgrund der Bekanntmachung bzw. in den Vergabeunterlagen erkennbar sind, müssen innerhalb der Frist zur Angebotsabgabe bei der Vergabestelle gerügt werden.
Hilft die Vergabestelle der Rüge nicht ab, kann ein Nachprüfungsantrag bei der zuständigen Stelle (Bundeskatellamt - Vergabekammer des Bundes) eingereicht werden, solange durch den Auftraggeber ein wirksamer Zuschlag noch nicht erteilt ist.
