— Erklärung des Bieters, dass der Auftragnehmer die Produktion beider Werbespots eigenverantwortlich leitet oder verantwortlich die evtl. hierfür nötige Leistungserbringung von Unterauftragnehmern durchführt,
— Benennung eines ständigen Kunden-/Projektbetreuers und Erklärung des Bieters, dass dieser Kunden-/Projektbetreuers und das eingesetzte Fachpersonal des Bieters die deutsche Sprache beherrschen,
— Versicherung, dass der Bieter keine Theorien nach "Hubbard" (Sciencetology) vermittelt,
— Versicherung, dass bisherige Projekte nicht gegen die Verfassung oder Gesetze verstoßen oder Persönlichkeitsrechte oder sittliche oder religiöse Gefühle verletzt haben,

Precise information on deadline(s) for lodging appeals: Der Bieter muss Vergaberechtsverstöße, die er im Vergabeverfahren erkennt, unverzüglich, d.h. ohne schuldhaftes Verzögern, bei der unter I.1) genannten Stelle rügen.
Vergaberechtsverstöße, die aufgrund der Bekanntmachung bzw. in den Vergabeunterlagen erkennbar sind, müssen innerhalb der Frist zur Angebotsabgabe oder Bewerbung bei der unter I.1) genannten Vergabestelle gerügt werden.
Hilft die Vergabestelle der Rüge nicht ab, kann ein Nachprüfungsantrag bei der unter VI.4.1) genannten Stelle eingereicht werden, solange durch den Auftraggeber ein wirksamer Zuschlag noch nicht erteilt ist.
