Die Fassaden des denkmalgeschützten Studentenwohnheims „Hegge-Kolleg“, bestehend aus 3 Gebäudeteilen, sollen saniert werden. Die vorhandenen Klinkerfassaden sind zu reinigen. Nach Feststellung des Schadensbildes sind ggf. Mauerwerks- sowie Fugensanierungen und Neuverfugungen erforderlich. Betonelemente sind von Farbbeschichtungen zu befreien, Ausbruchstellen und korrodierte Bewehrungen sind zu behandeln. Die im Innenhof befindlichen Gehwegplatten aus Waschbeton und einige Natursteinelemente sind ebenfalls zu sanieren.
