Errichtung und Betrieb eines gasbetriebenen Blockheizkraftwerkes in der heizzentrale einschließlich primärseitigem hydraulischen Netz (Pufferspeicher, Rohrnetz, Pumpen, Armaturen, Dämmung, Druckhaltung, Nachspeisung etc.) Lieferung von ca. 4 110 MWh Wärmeenergie in Form von Warmwasser mit max. 85 °C zur Versorgung des bauseitigem Wärmeverteilungsnetzes. Hydraulische Einbindung der bestehenden Gaskesselanlage in das Primärnetz mit neuem BHKW und Anschluss an das Sekundärnetz (Leistungsgrenze). Dabei ist eine hydraulische Trennung von Primär- und Sekundärnetz durch Wärmetauscher vorzusehen. Einbindung des neuen BHKW in die bestehende Gebäudeleittechnik.
