The U.S. Fish & Wildlife Service National Conservation Training Center has a requirement for re-construction of office space that received flood damage. Time is of the essence as employees are displaced. Perspective offerors must commit to starting work on April 12, 2010 and prop0se an excelerated construction schedule. The space has already been remediated and dried out. The magnitude of this project is between $100,000 and $250,000. Bid bond, Performance and Payment Bonds are required. RFP 98210AR123 will be available on or about March 5, 2010. All responsible sources may submit an offer which will be conisdered by this agency.
