Synopsis:

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with FAR Parts 12 and 13 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and another written solicitation will not be issued.

(ii) This is a request for quote under solicitation number HS0021-12-Q-0040.

(iii) A statement that the solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-54 dated 11/2/2011.

(iv) This is a 100% small business set aside under NAIC 517911 "Telecommunication's Resellers". The size standard is 1500 employees.
