Project consists of hand tree planting of Government furnished tree seedlings in such a manner to insure tree survival and growth on the Chequamegon-Nicolet National Forests in Wisconsin. The contractor shall provide any and all labor, equipment, supplies, services, permits, licenses, and incidentals necessary to perform the work. The work is anticipated to begin in mid to late April dependent on weather. This will be an indefinite delivery, indefinite quantity contract with a base year and 3 option years. The solicitation is scheduled to be posted on approximately February 24, 2012.
