Κθε προσφορ στο διαγωνισμ πρπει, υποχρεωτικ και με ποιν αποκλεισμο απ αυτν, να συνοδεεται απ τραπεζικ εγγηση συμμετοχς σε ευρ για ποσ σο με 10 % της συνολικς τιμς της προσφορς, προς φελος του προσταμνου της αναθτουσας αρχς.
Με την υπογραφ της σμβασης, ο ανδοχος εναι υποχρεωμνος να καταθσει εγγηση πιστς εκτλεσης της σμβασης σε ευρ για ποσ σο με 10 % της συνολικς τιμς της σμβασης.

Information and formalities necessary for evaluating if the requirements are met: Ικανοποηση των απαιτσεων του ρθρου 51 του νμου που προνοε για το συντονισμ των διαδικασιν σναψης δημοσων συμβσεων ργων, προμηθειν και υπηρεσιν και για συναφ θματα του 2006 (Ν. 12(Ι)/2006).

Απαιτεται πως λοι οι προσφροντες που παργουν/κατασκευζουν/συσκευζουν τρφιμα ζωκς προλευσης (εκτς του παγωτο και του μελιο) στα υποστατικ τους να υποβλουν μαζ με την προσφορ τους πιστοποιητικ γκρισης τι εναι εγγεγραμμνοι στο μητρο του διευθυντ.
Κτηνιατρικν Υπηρεσιν του Διευθυντ Τμματος Γεωργας που αυτ εφαρμζει. σον αφορ τα υπλοιπα τρφιμα να υποβλουν βεβαωση που θα εκδοθε απ τον υπεθυνο Υγειονομικ Επιθεωρητ της κθε Επαρχας τι στα υποστατικ τους τηρονται οι διατξεις του κανονισμο ΕΚ 852/2004 για την υγιειν των τροφμων. Οι ανδοχοι που οι διοι δεν παργουν/ κατασκευζουν/συσκευζουν τρφιμα (καρυκεματα και αρτματα, αυγ, γιαορτι, γλυκσματα, ελις, πουργορι, λεμονοχυμος και ξδι) θα πρπει τα εν λγω πιστοποιητικ/εγκρσεις να τα εξασφαλσουν απ τους προμηθευτς τους και να τα υποβλουν στο Υπουργεο μυνας πριν την ναρξη των συμβσεων.

Τα ταχυδρομικ τλη θα βαρνουν τον Οικονομικ Φορα.
γ. Τα γγραφα του διαγωνισμο θα δδονται στους ενδιαφερμενους οικονομικος φορες τις εργσιμες μρες απ 8:00 – 14:00, μχρι τις 30.3.2012, αφο πληρσουν στο ταμεο του Υπουργεου μυνας, οδς Εμμανουλ Ροδη 6, 1ος ροφος, 1432 Αγ. Ομολογητς, Λευκωσα, το ποσ των 80,00 EUR και επιπλον ΦΠΑ το οποο δεν θα επιστρφεται.

δ. Οι ενδιαφερμενοι οικονομικο φορες μπορον να ενημερωθον και να προμηθευτον τα γγραφα της προκρυξης, μσω της επσημης ιστοσελδας του Ηλεκτρονικο Συστματος Σναψης Δημοσων Συμβσεων του Γενικο Λογιστηρου, www.eprocurement.gov.cy, δωραν. Διευκρινζεται τι δεν εναι απαρατητο οι οικονομικο φορες να προμηθευτον τα γγραφα σε ντυπη μορφ και να πληρσουν το ανττιμο για να συμμετσχουν στο διαγωνισμ.

ε. Διευκρινζεται τι η αναθτουσα αρχ δε φρει καμα ευθνη εν καθ’ οιονδποτε τρπο τα γγραφα του διαγωνισμο δεν παραληφθον γκαιρα απ τον ενδιαφερμενο οικονομικ φορα.

Κθε ενδιαφερμενος οικονομικς φορας, ο οποος χει εχε συμφρον να του ανατεθε η σμβαση και ο οποος υπστη ενδχεται να υποστε ζημα απ πρξη απφαση της αναθτουσας αρχς που προηγεται της σναψης της σμβασης και για την οποα εικζεται τι παραβιζει οποιαδποτε διταξη του ισχοντος δικαου, χει δικαωμα να προσφγει στην Αναθεωρητικ Αρχ Προσφορν, σμφωνα με τις διατξεις του νμου περ των διαδικασιν προσφυγς τον τομα της σναψης των δημοσων συμβσεων του 2010 (Ν. 104(Ι)/2010).

2. Για την σκηση προσφυγς στην Αναθεωρητικ Αρχ Προσφορν, ο ενδιαφερμενος καταβλλει τλος που δεν εναι επιστρεπτο και κατατθεται στο Γενικ Κυβερνητικ Λογαριασμ. Περισστερες σχετικς πληροφορες περιλαμβνονται στην ιστοσελδα www.tra.gov.cy.

3. Για τον τρπο και τη διαδικασα σκησης προσφυγς, τον τρπο εξτασς της και τη διαδικασα κδοσης των σχετικν αποφσεων, ισχουν οι πρνοιες των ρθρων του νμου περ των διαδικασιν προσφυγς τον τομα της σναψης των δημοσων συμβσεων του 2010 (Ν. 104(Ι)/2010).
