Κθε ενδιαφερμενος οικονομικς φορας, ο οποος χει εχε συμφρον να του ανατεθε η σμβαση και ο οποος υπστη ενδχεται να υποστε ζημα απ πρξη απφαση της αναθτουσας αρχς που προηγεται της σναψης της σμβασης και για την οποα εικζεται τι παραβιζει οποιαδποτε διταξη του ισχοντος δικαου, χει δικαωμα να προσφγει στην Αναθεωρητικ Αρχ Προσφορν, σμφωνα με τις διατξεις του νμου περ των διαδικασιν προσφυγς τον τομα της σναψης των δημοσων συμβσεων του 2010 (Ν. 104(Ι)/2010).

2. Για την σκηση προσφυγς στην Αναθεωρητικ Αρχ Προσφορν, ο ενδιαφερμενος καταβλλει τλος που δεν εναι επιστρεπτο και κατατθεται στο Γενικ Κυβερνητικ Λογαριασμ. Περισστερες σχετικς πληροφορες περιλαμβνονται στην ιστοσελδα www.tra.gov.cy.
