The The Contractor shall provide all necessary personnel, supervision, management, tools, equipment, transportation, materials and any other items or services necessary to survey off-post storm drainage systems at the north area of Sagami General Depot (SGD), Japan in accordance with the Performance-Based Work Statement (PWS) and manufacture's standards.

Contractor shall use a Closed Circuit Television (CCTV) survey system to remotely inspect service and structural conditions of four storm drainage pipe lines as described in Table 1 and Section 4. The Contractor shall also record all salient features, evaluate evidence of defects and structural conditions, submit CCTV survey data, and propose possible solutions in case that the pipes are severely deteriorated and should be repaired.

Note 1: Solicitation issuance and closing dates are tentative. It is the offeror's responsibility to check the firm dates at block 6 & 8 of SF 1449, once the solicitation is released, to ensure submission of your offer in a timely manner. If you have any questions about the release date of a solicitation please contact the Contract Administrator or Contracting Officer listed in this announcement.

Note 2: This project will be performed in its entirety in the country of Japan. The successful offeror must be licensed and registerd to perform work in the country of Japan.
