Avis de marché rectificatif visant à l'entretien, la conduite, la surveillance, les dépannages illimités et la garantie totale de l'ensemble des équipements techniques comprenant les installations de chauffage et de ventilation et de préparation de l'eau chaude sanitaire de la date de notification et ce pour une durée de 5 ans. Les points III.2.2 et III.2.3 sont inversés, la capacité technique exigée du soumissionnaire en ce qui concerne la liste des services exécutés est de 3 ans et pas 5. La publicité du marché est bien européenne et le cahier spécial des charges prévoit en plus de l'envoi postal recommandé, l'envoi postal ordinaire.
