Information and formalities necessary for evaluating if the requirements are met: Tenderers will not be eligible to take part in this contract award procedure if they are in any of the exclusion situations listed in Articles 93 and 94 of Council Regulation (EC, Euratom) No 1605/2002 of 25.6.2002 (OJ L 248 of 16.9.2002) as amended by Commission Regulation (EC, Euratom) No 1995/2006 of 13.12.2006 (OJ L 390 of 30.12.2006). Tenderers must also furnish the documents stipulated in Article 134(1) of Commission Regulation (EC, Euratom) No 2342/2002 of 23.12.2002 (OJ L 357 of 31.12.2002), as amended by Commission Regulation (EC, Euratom) No 1261/2005 of 20.7.2005 (OJ L 201 of 2.8.2005), by Commission Regulation (EC, Euratom) No 1248/2006 of 7.8.2006 (OJ L 227 of 19.8.2006) and by Commission Regulation (EC, Euratom) No 478/2007 of 23.4.2007 (OJ L 111 of 28.4.2007) (see tender documents). (a) a list of supplies of similar nature over the past 3 years by date and recipient (public or private), with a minimum of 3 references;
(b) certificate proving accreditation in accordance with ISO-14000 standard or equivalent;
(c) a description of the measures taken by the company in order to guarantee the quality of the requested services;
(d) documents proving the training and professional qualifications of the staff proposed to perform the required services. CVs and proof of professional experience must be provided for the project manager and/or supervisor/coordinator proposed to carry out this service;
(e) proof that the coordinator appointed by the contractor can understand all instructions given in Dutch and/or English. Furthermore, the tenderer must certify that his staff can understand and follow instructions given over the loudspeakers during emergencies.
