Le présent marché porte sur l’attribution de divers contrats d'assurance, conformément aux dispositions et conditions du présent cahier des charges.
La ZP Montgomery procède à l'attribution d'un marché pour une durée de 1 (un) an portant sur les assurances accidents du travail et corporels, dégâts matériels, responsabilité civile, véhicules. Le marché sera attribué à l'entreprise qui a répondu sur la totalité des portefeuilles d'assurances.
Le marché pourra être répéter par procédure négociée sans respecter les règles de publicité et limité à une période de 3 (trois) ans après la conclusion du marché initial (sur base de l'article 17§2 2°b de la loi du 24.12.1993 relative aux marchés publics).
