Information and formalities necessary for evaluating if the requirements are met: La capacité personnelle propre du soumissionnaire sera justifiée par la production des documents suivants:
1. Une attestation prouvant que le soumissionnaire est en règle avec ses obligations relatives au paiement des cotisations de sécurité sociales selon les dispositions de l'article 90, §3 s'il est belge, §4 s'il est étranger de l'arrêté royal du 08/01/96;
2.
— Soit une attestation récente des contriburions directes (modèle 276C2) et une copie du dernier extrait de compte ou d'un certificat délivré par le bureau compétent de recettes de la TVA,
— Soit des preuves équivalentes dans un autre Etat, prouvant que le soumissionnaire respecte ses obligations en matière fiscale.

— Pour le soumissionnaire relevant d'un autre Etat membre de la CEE, par la présentation de son habilitation par l'autorité de contrôle de son Etat d'origine à exercer des activités bancaires reprises à la liste prévue à l'article 3§2 de la loi du 22.3.1993.
