Het doel van deze opdracht moet verduidelijkt worden door hetgeen volgt: Onderhavige opdracht betreft de uitvoering van een volledige ontwerpopdracht voor de bouw van een gebouw met verschillende functies, met name:

€ De oprichting van een flatgebouw,

€ De oprichting van een wijkantenne,

€ De inrichting van een buitenschoolse opvang,

€ En eventueel, de inrichting van een kantoorruimte voor de Haven van Brussel (optioneel).

De opdracht bevat de architecturale studie met inbegrip van de landmetersopdracht, engineering van stabiliteit en van speciale technieken, EPB adviesering en de gezondheids- en veiligheidsco rdinatie. Het gebouw zal aan de norm van passief gebouw moeten beantwoorden.
