Information and formalities necessary for evaluating if requirements are met: Door in te schrijven op deze opdracht verklaart de inschrijver zich niet in een toestand van uitsluiting te bevinden, zoals bedoeld in artikel 69 van het koninklijk besluit van 8.1.1996 betreffende de overheidsopdrachten voor aanneming van werken, leveringen en diensten en de concessies voor openbare werken.

Information and formalities necessary for evaluating if requirements are met: Een passende bankverklaring. Daaronder wordt verstaan een verklaring van de bank over de toestand van de inschrijver ten opzichte van de bijzondere eisen van de opdracht, waarbij de bank verklaart dat de cliënt de financiële capaciteit heeft om dergelijke contracten uit te voeren.
