Information and formalities necessary for evaluating if the requirements are met: Door in te schrijven op deze opdracht verklaart de inschrijver zich niet in een toestand van uitsluiting te bevinden, zoals bedoeld in artikel 43 van het koninklijk besluit van 8.1.1996 betreffende de overheidsopdrachten voor aanneming van leveringen en de concessies voor openbare werken.
In toepassing van het koninklijk besluit van 20.7.2005 dient de Belgische inschrijver geen rsz-attest bij zijn offerte te voegen. De aanbestedende overheid zal deze informatie zelf opvragen.
