Atterbury Job Corps Center and IndyPendence Job Corps Center is seeking proposals for a subcontract for an instructor for our CMA Program. Atterbury Job Corps Center is a 550 student residential training facility and IndyPendence Job Corps Center is a 100 student non- residential training facility. Atterbury and IndyPendence Job Corps Centers are a federally funded Educational and Vocational Training Program that provides services to students between the ages of sixteen (16) and twenty-four (24).
Bidder's Instructions:
The CMA services to be provided under this subcontract shall conform, at a minimum, to On-site Clinical Medical Assistant Training instruction in accordance with provisions set forth in the USDOL Contract, the Policy and Requirements Handbook (PRH) and the Center Standard Operating Procedures and handbooks.
Instruction and training in the Clinical Medical Assistant Program consisting of requirements as outlined in the Career Technical Training Guide, PRH, and Center standards to meet the required TAR's outlined for the classroom and laboratory instruction. Instruction based upon approved Clinical Medical Assistant Training and utilizing a certified instructor.
Training annually for a minimum of forty (40) students with a minimum graduation rate of 70%, additional training for soft skills (pre-employment skills training) and examination reviews.
The successful bidder will be selected based upon a combination experience, qualifications and cost. Bidders are placed on notice that this is a subcontracting opportunity and a competitive process and cost is an important factor. Lowest overall bid does not constitute bid award.
The successful bidder must comply with all Federal Acquisition Regulation clauses, be compliant under all related federal statutory requirements and regulations, and provide evidence of licenses/certificates/insurance as required for doing business in the State of Indiana.
Companies designated as small business enterprises (e.g. small business, small disadvantaged, women-owned, HUBZone, veteran-owned or service-disabled veteran owned) are preferred.
Any package received without documents listed in the RFQ will not be considered for review.

CST, Wednesday February 29, 2012.
