This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued.

FEMA has a requirement for archaeological monitoring in American Samoa in accordance with the attached Statement of Work.

This requirement is set-aside for small businesses under NAICS 541620 code and small business size standard is $7 million.

APPLICABLE PROVISIONS/CLAUSES:

Provision at 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors -- Commercial

Offerors shall include a completed copy of the provision at 52.212-3, Offeror Representations and Certifications -- Commercial Items, with its offer.
