The contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, tools , transportation, supervision and all other items necessary to provide service of Perform Annual Shutdown Maintenance of the Yano Fitness Center Swimming Pool, Bldg 205, Camp Zama, Zama-shi, Kanagawa-ken, Japan. And all other items and services necessary to provide and sell in accordance with the terms and conditions, and applicable Japanese Laws and trade practices. NOTE: THIS PROJECT WILL BE PERFORMED IN ITS ENTIRETY IN THE COUNTRY OF JAPAN. THE SUCCESSFUL OFFEROR MUST BE LICENSED AND REGISTERED TO PERFORM WORK IN THE COUNTRY OF JAPAN.
