Information and formalities necessary for evaluating if the requirements are met: Es ist zum Nachweis der beruflichen Zuverlässigkeit eine schriftliche (rechtsgültig gefertigte) Erklärung des Unternehmers beizubringen, dass sämtliche im § 229 Abs 1 BVergG angeführten Ausschlussgründe beim Unternehmer nicht vorliegen. Darunter fällt unter anderem die Erklärung des Unternehmers über das Nichtvorliegen eines abgeschlossenen oder laufenden Insolvenzverfahrens.
Der Unternehmer hat eine beglaubigte Abschrift des Berufsregisters und des Firmenbuches (Handelsregisters) des Herkunftslandes des Unternehmers oder die dort vorgesehene Bescheinigung oder eidesstattliche Erklärung in deutscher Sprache beizubringen.

— Liste der wesentlichen, in einem Zeitraum von 3 Jahren zurückgerechnet ab dem 1.11.2011 erbrachten Lieferungen an Gegenständen der Ausschreibung mit Angabe des Rechnungswertes, des Lieferzeitpunktes sowie der Auftraggeber.
