Im Zusammenhang mit dem vorgesehenen Neubau der SKA-RZ St. Radegund sind u.a. Installationsarbeiten hinsichtlich der Mess-, Steuer-, Regel- und Leittechnik erforderlich. Grundsätzlich werden alle haustechnischen Anlagen (HKLS- und Elektroinstallationen, Küche, Lifte, Jalousiesteuerung, Badewassertechnik, Medizingasversorgung, Sprinklerzentrale, diverse medizinische Geräte etc.) in die zentrale Leittechnik (ZLT) eingebunden. Weiters war in der Ausschreibung auch die zukünftige Vollwartung diverser Anlagenkomponenten anzubieten. Detailtermine betreffend den Abwicklungszeitraum wurden im Zuge der Auftragsvergabe durch die Örtliche Bauaufsicht definiert. Geplanter Gesamtfertigstellungstermin: Juli 2013.
