Die Pensionsversicherungsanstalt beabsichtigt den Abschluss einer Rahmenvereinbarung mit mehreren Unternehmen zur Vergabe eines oder mehrerer Aufträge über die Entwicklung, Errichtung und Wartung eines Zutrittskontroll- und Bezahlsystems in einigen ihrer Sonderkrankenanstalten. Das anzubietende System soll folgende Bereiche abdecken: Zutritt zum Haus, zum Patientenzimmer, Patientenanwesenheit am Zimmer, Stromfreischaltung/Heizungsabsenkung auf den Zimmern, Telefon- und Internetabrechnung, Buffetabrechnung, Parkplatzbewirtschaftung, Garderobenschließsystem, Follow Me Funktion bei Druckern.
