Lieferung eines hochauflösenden Feldemissions-Rasterelektronenmikroskops. Die Probenaufnahme soll die Untersuchung einer Probenfläche von 100 mm x 100 mm ermöglichen. Für die Darstellung von Probenoberflächen sollen sowohl Sekundärelektronen- als auch Rückstreuelektronen-Detektoren zur Verfügung stehen. Des Weiteren sollen folgende Analysenmethoden in das Grundgerät integriert werden: EDX/EBSD, CL/EBIC, MikroRFA und Mikro-Leitfähigkeitsmessung.
