Objective criteria for choosing the limited number of candidates: Folgende Kriterien müssen mittels Referenzen nachgewiesen werden: (MUSS- Kriterien).
1) Erfahrung beim Einführen von Einzel- und Multiprojektmanagement in einem Krankenhaus mit mehr als 1 500 Betten;
2) Erfahrung im Coaching von krankenhausspezifischen Projekten in einem Krankenhaus mit mehr als 1 500 Betten;
3) Unterstützung des Einzel- und Multiprojektmanagements durch ein firmeneigenes und selbst entwickeltes IT-tool;
4) Langjährige Erfahrung in der Projektmanagementausbildung von medizinischen Personal;
5) Operative Projektleitungserfahrung in einem Krankenhaus mit mehr als 1 500 Betten.
Falls nicht alle genannten Kriterien mittels Referenzstellen nachgewiesen werden können, wird der jeweilige Teilnahmeantrag vom gegenständlichen Verfahren ausgeschlossen.
Auswahlkriterien:
Anhand nachfolgender Subkriterien müssen mind. 80 Punkte erreicht werden um das Leistungsverzeichnis zu erhalten. Maximal erreichbarer Punktewert: 100.
1) Verfügbarkeit: Mit diesem Subkriterium wird die schnellstmögliche Anwesenheit in unserem Haus bewertet:
< 1 Std.: 50 Punkte;
< 1 Tag: 25 Punkte;
> 1 Tag: 5 Punkte.
2) Anzahl der verfügbaren Berater innerhalb der unter Punkt eins angegebenen Verfügbarkeit.
1 Berater: 5 Punkte;
2-4 Berater: 25 Punkte;
>5 Berater: 50 Punkte.
