Sommereinlagerung für das Jahr 2013: 2.000 to.
Die tatsächlich zu liefernden Mengen können in Abhängigkeit des Bedarfs des Auftraggebers sowohl nach oben, als auch nach unten abweichen. Aus dem Umstand der Abweichung der tatsächlich abberufenen Mengen von den in der Ausschreibung angegebenen Richtwerten kann der Auftragnehmer keinerlei Ansprüche ableiten.

Information and formalities necessary for evaluating if the requirements are met: Als Nachweis für das Vorliegen der einschlägigen beruflichen Befugnis gem. § 71 BVergG wird festgelegt:
Auszug aus dem Berufs- oder Handelsregister gem. Anhang VII BVergG 2006 (Beispielsweise: Firmenbuch, Gewerberegister, Bestätigung der Gewerbebehörde bzw. Kammer) der Herkunftsländer aller an dem Angebot beteiligten Unternehmer.
Hinsichtlich des Vorliegens der beruflichen Zuverlässigkeit gem. § 72 BVergG hat der Bieter nachzuweisen, dass kein Ausschlussgrund gemäß § 68 Abs 1 BVergG vorliegt. Dies ist zu belegen durch Vorlage nachstehender Nachweise:
— Vorlage eines aktuellen Auszuges aus einem im Anhang VII zum BVergG 2006 angeführten Berufs- oder Handelsregisters und Vorlage eines aktuellen Auszuges aus dem Strafregister oder einer gleichwertigen Bescheinigung einer Gerichts- oder Verwaltungsbehörde des Herkunftslandes des Unternehmers, aus der hervorgeht, dass diese Ausschlussgründe nicht vorliegen,
— Vorlage des letztgültigen Kontoauszuges der zuständigen Sozialversicherungsanstalt und der letztgültigen Rückstandsbescheinigung gem. § 229a BAO oder gleichwertige Dokumente der zuständigen Behörden des Herkunftslandes des Unternehmers.

Als Nachweis der technischen Leistungsfähigkeit gem. § 75 BVergG ist vorzulegen:
Als Nachweis für die technische Leistungsfähigkeit gem. § 70 Abs. 1 Z. 4 BVergG werden nachstehende Nachweise verlangt:
— eine Liste der wesentlichen in den letzten drei Jahren erbrachten Lieferungen (Referenzen),
— die Beschreibung der technischen Ausrüstung insbesondere Herstellungsanlagen, Fuhrpark, Lagerstellen des Unternehmers.
Referenznachweise müssen die in § 75 Abs 2 BVergG vorgegebene Form und den in § 75 Abs 3 vorgegebenen Inhalt aufweisen.
