Beim gegenständlichen Bauvorhaben handelt es sich um eine Fachschule gür Land- u. Ernährungswirtschaft mit Internat, das Schulgebäude ist ein 2-geschossiges Bauwerk, das Internatsgebäude ist ein 3-geschossiges Bauwerk, beide sind baulich miteinander verbunden. Beide Bauteile sind nicht unterkellert, das Erdgeschoss wird in Massivbauweise, die Obergeschosse in Holzbauweise ausgeführt. Aussenanlagen sind im Projekt vorgesehen.
