Deckungsrücklass in Höhe von 5 % der jeweiligen Abschlagszahlung.
Haftungsrücklass in Höhe von 2 % der Schluss- bzw Teilschlussrechnungssumme.

— Abschlagszahlungen (in Höhe des Wertes der jeweilig nachgewiesenen vertragsmäßigen Leistung) lt. Ausschreibungsunterlagen.

1. beglaubigte Abschrift des Berufs- oder Handelsregisters des Herkunftslandes des Unternehmers oder die dort vorgesehene Bescheinigung oder eidesstattliche Erklärung;
2. letztgültiger Kontoauszug der zuständigen Sozialversicherungsanstalt oder gleichwertige Dokumente des Herkunftslandes des Unternehmers;
3. letztgültige Lastschriftanzeige der zuständigen Finanzbehörde oder gleichwertige Dokumente des Herkunftslandes des Unternehmers.

Information and formalities necessary for evaluating if requirements are met:
Als technisch leistungsfähig werden nur Firmen anerkannt, welche mindestens 3 Referenzen (ähnliche Bauvorhaben) in den letzten 5 Jahren ausgeführt nachweisen können:
1. Referenz mit Nettoauftragssumme > 80 000,00 EUR;
2. Referenz mit Nettoauftragssumme > 60 000,00 EUR;
3. Referenz mit Netteauftragssumme > 30 000,00.
Die Referenzprojekte sind in die beiliegenden Formulare einzutragen und mit der Bestätigung des jeweiligen Auftraggebers zu versehen.
Die Leistungsfähigkeit ist lediglich bei Bietern gegeben, die eine ausreichende Arbeitskräftekapazität aufweisen. Das ist bei Bietern der Fall, die mind 2 Partien á 2 Personen verfügen, die bei den ausgeschriebenen Arbeiten eingesetzt werden. Die Kapazitäten dürfen wiederum max 75 % der gesamten Kapazität eines Unternehmens sein.
